Responsibilities
Maximize equipment uptime by responding quickly and completing effective, efficient repairs
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of copiers, printers, and related devices
Diagnose technical issues using customer feedback, electronic data, and observations
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and dependable service
Partner with clients, sales teams, and internal staff to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations
Accurately complete service documentation, including parts usage, call closures, and meter readings
Provide feedback to improve processes and support continuous improvement efforts
Some travel is required
Qualification
Required
Mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of basic networking and computer systems
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds
Valid driver's license and insurability (company vehicle eligibility based on driving record)
Preferred
1+ years of industry experience is preferred
Prior experience servicing office equipment such as copiers and printers preferred; Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, or HP experience a plus
