Business Development Rep- Structural Engineering
Axiom Engineering is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive strategic growth and build long-term partnerships in the construction and engineering sectors. The role involves researching target clients, engaging prospects, and collaborating with leadership to secure revenue-generating opportunities.

Responsibilities
Research and identify ideal target clients in A/E/C markets
Build awareness and engage prospects through calls, email, and in-person outreach
Schedule discovery meetings and support educational presentations
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Qualify leads, manage pipeline activity, and maintain accurate CRM data
Collaborate closely with Axiom leadership to secure revenue-generating opportunities
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of sales or business development experience
Proven success meeting goals and growing sales
Excellent networking and communication skills
Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Energy, initiative, and the ability to build strong professional relationships
Preferred
Experience in construction or A/E/C industry strongly preferred
