Responsibilities
Conduct user research, develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with user needs and business goals
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX researchers, industrial designers, engineers, and strategists, to define and execute design solutions
Create interactive prototypes to test usability and iterate based on user feedback
Advocate for the user at every stage of the design process, ensuring digital experiences are intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling
Develop clean, modern, and scalable design systems while maintaining consistency across different platforms and touchpoints
Articulate design decisions, present work to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine solutions
Qualification
Required
Obtaining a Degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for designing user-first digital experiences
A standout portfolio showcasing UI design, UX research, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototypes
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience with user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations) and translating insights into actionable design solutions
Ability to create and work with design systems and component libraries
Candidates are required to provide either a pdf or linked portfolio to their application/resume. Applications without any form of portfolio will be disregarded
Preferred
Interest in Generative AI applications (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Vizcom, etc.)
Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with motion design tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie)
