Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site electrical activities from rough-in to final commissioning
Manage and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
Interpret blueprints, one-lines, and technical drawings to guide installations
Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations
Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain schedule and resolve conflicts
Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and quality inspections
Qualification
Required
5+ years of field experience with proven leadership in supervisory roles
Proven track record managing large-scale commercial builds ($30M+)
Deep understanding of NEC, OSHA standards, and commercial electrical systems
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tool
