Territory Sales Manager - IA
Power & Tel is focused on providing outside sales support in the Iowa territory, and they are seeking a Territory Sales Associate. This role involves managing customer accounts, conducting visits, and assisting with sales activities to enhance customer relationships and support sales goals.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing assigned customer accounts, as delegated by the District Sales Manager
Conduct independent customer visits to support relationship building and sales activity
Provide timely communication and updates to the DSM regarding customer needs, concerns, or opportunities
Prepare quotes, product information, and documentation as needed to support the DSM’s sales process
Participate in product promotions, trade shows, training classes, and vendor presentations when requested
Ensure timely reporting of customer interactions and follow-up actions using the company’s CRM tools
Support marketing campaigns or vendor initiatives as directed by the DSM
Coordinate internally with AMs, inside sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1–2 years of customer service, outside sales, or support experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Customer service orientation
Willingness to learn product lines and sales strategy
Ability to work independently but under close guidance
Ability to travel >70%
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the telecommunications or distribution industry
