2+ years expENTEGRA is the global leader in Ultra-High Resolution pipeline in-line inspection technologies. The Staff Accountant will support the accounting team in ensuring proper accounting treatment for financial transactions and maintaining financial integrity.

Responsibilities
Prepare monthly close journal entries for assigned accounts
Ensure appropriate journal entries are processed
Daily review and reconcile bank activity for all cash accounts
Assist with various account reconciliations
Research, track and resolve any issues
Process and assist with other periodic payments and compliance reports
Review, enter, and maintain new and current vendor information
Support the expense management process
Assist AR, AP and Controller with financial audits as needed
Ad-hoc projects, reporting and account reconciliations, and other assignments as needed to support the finance team
Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals
Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 2 years related experience
Excel and QuickBooks Online
Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and projects
Demonstrates a commitment to integrating the ENTEGRA® Core Values into daily work and life
Preferred
Experience with multiple locations and currencies a plus
