They are seeking a Private Credit Fund Accountant to join their Finance team in New York, responsible for providing accounting support for the Firm’s private credit investment activities.

Responsibilities

Review of annual audit reports and quarterly financial statements and capital accounts prepared by the third-party administrator

Review the quarterly valuation of private credit fund program investments and coordinate with the third-party administrator to record the valuations

Participate in the cash reconciliation process and review of cash reconciliations prepared by the third-party administrator

Assist in the onboarding of new funds and separate accounts with the third-party administrator

Coordinate and prepare responses to requests from the private credit investment team, client service team and investors

Completion of special projects as they arise

Required

Undergraduate degree in accounting is required

6+ of total experience with a minimum of 4 years of relevant private credit accounting experience working at a private credit manager or a fund accounting administrator

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word as well as Adobe Acrobat

Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision within a team environment

Strong organization and communication skills
