Responsibilities
Design and implement infrastructure solutions
Plan and execute system upgrades, expansions, and migrations
Monitor and maintain servers, storage systems, and virtualization platforms
Perform regular maintenance on Disaster Recovery site
Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, ISE, and wireless networks
Network device patching and switch port configurations
Implement security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and incident response
Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
Work closely with other IT functional groups and IT leadership
Document infrastructure designs, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Install and support patient video delivery system headend and patient room TVs
Manage and support conference room video systems
Qualification
Required
Veeam VMCE certification
Milestone MCIT/MCDE certification
9+ years of experience in Healthcare IT infrastructure, system administration, fiber testing and certification
Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
Strong knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with Verkada cameras, access control and alarms
Experience with core fiber connectivity
Experience with Pure Storage
Experience with building Disaster Recovery sites and COLOs
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
