Responsibilities

Lead the KOL and affiliate growth strategy across LATAM, aligned with OKX’s regional goals

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Business Development Managers

Build and maintain relationships with top-tier influencers, crypto communities, and affiliate partners

Oversee localized, data-driven influencer and affiliate campaigns to drive trading volume and brand visibility

Collaborate with Growth, Product, Brand, and Legal teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution

Monitor campaign performance and optimize through analytics and KPIs

Identify new opportunities through market research, competitor tracking, and community insights

Partner closely with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term growth initiatives
