They are seeking an Investment Intern in High Yield to work closely with traders and analysts, gaining exposure to the US High Yield and Leveraged Loan markets while performing credit analysis and developing investment theses.

Responsibilities

Provide support to HY and the Bank Loan desk

Maintain desk tools and reports using Excel and Bloomberg screens and APIs

Perform reconciliations to ensure data accuracy

Learning the basics of evaluating company fundamentals and industry trends, key operating metrics, business quality, competitive positioning, and valuation

Developing investment theses and recommendations on single names

Identifying investment ideas across a company's capital structure on primary and secondary opportunities

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's in finance with coursework in Portfolio Management, Investments, and Fixed Income Securities
