The Los Angeles Dodgers are offering a Global Partnerships Intern position within their Global Partnerships team. The intern will assist Account Managers with day-to-day management of key accounts, support game day activations, and provide organizational and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Work alongside Account Managers to assist on day-to-day management of key accounts including attending regularly scheduled meetings, executing game day activations, and supporting hospitality experiences

Manage and organize homestand summaries that highlight major activations, hospitality, and anticipated needs for each game from other departments

Capture, sort, and organize proof of performance throughout the season for each partner

Establish strong working relationships with clients during game day activations and non-game day events

Support Activation and Sales teams with hospitality needs such as gifting and overseeing experiences

Provide overall team organizational and administrative support where necessary

Required

Extremely customer focused (with both internal and external clients)

Must be detailed-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects under pressure

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree OR are currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution

Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 3-month program during the summer months

Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

Passionate about working for a professional sports team
