Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and communicate value propositions effectively
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the sales process and enhance customer experience
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Experience selling tech-enabled services to healthcare providers
Familiarity and experience with consultative and solution-based selling approaches
Established network of professional contacts in Federally Qualified Health Centers
