Responsibilities

Lead and develop the regional sales team, including hiring, strategic planning, performance management, and motivation
Partner with existing Latin American teams to create and implement a customized sales strategy
Ensure delivery of targeted order intake, revenue, profit, and growth objectives
Build strong relationships with customers’ and governmental decision makers at senior management and executive levels
Streamline and optimize sales processes, driving continuous improvement and efficient cooperation across departments
Plan, budget, monitor and control in the area of responsibility
Monitor market trends, competitors, and product needs, contributing to market intelligence and future product development
Achievement of the planned order intake, revenues, profit and growth strategy as well as the management of the BTAs
Develop a performance driven culture based on accountability, innovation and growth

Required

Degree in Engineering, Business/ Economics or equivalent background
Proven success leading multinational sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth
10+ years of previous sales experience in the energy generation sector
Executive level communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
Strategic mindset with hands on leadership approach
Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, Portuguese is a plus
Highly structured and organized
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient with MS Office software, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to effectively manage constructive conflict
Strong networker, engaging, well introduced to the local energy generation market
Success in collaborating with Customers, Engineers, Consultants, EPC representatives and other key stakeholders
Experience in high intensity, fast paced environment with a track record of self-managing priorities
Sound interpersonal, presentation as well as intercultural skills and understanding
Ability to uphold the highest ethical standards and highest integrity
