As a Portfolio Implementation Associate, you will support the daily management of the US Crypto ETF suite by monitoring portfolios, executing trades, and contributing to the research and development of new ETF strategies.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily settlement of trades with LPs and APs ensuring timely and successful settlement
Build and improve the portfolio management systems (PMS) by building trading and settlement tools
Monitor and execute rebalancing with key stakeholders
Generate novel and relevant quantitative analysis on the crypto market for use by internal and external parties
Trade spot crypto OTC with liquidity providers to achieve best execution principles and drive the adoption of 21Shares’ products over competitors
Provide in depth analysis on the viability and structure of new products through backtesting, market knowledge, legal research, and interaction with cross-functional teams
Monitor competing products and analyze key differentiators
Publish weekly/opportunistic newsletters on relevant crypto market events
Produce timely useful research around important geopolitical events
Qualification
Required
Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and external stakeholders
Support product launches with expertise in ETF structure, performance drivers, liquidity, and trading mechanics
Oversee the daily settlement of trades with LPs and APs ensuring timely and successful settlement
Build and improve the portfolio management systems (PMS) by building trading and settlement tools
Monitor and execute rebalancing with key stakeholders
