The Deployment Strategist will be responsible for deploying the Encord platform, driving customer adoption, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful integrations and value delivery.

Own the deployment of the Encord platform
Drive adoption and value-delivery
Become a product expert
Work with internal teams (technical & commercial) to build a well-oiled engine
Run onboardings and demos
Ensure integrations are set up correctly
Guide tech teams through best practices
Ideate and execute on success plans
Expand connections across customer base
Qualification
Required
2-8 years of experience in a client-facing role in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling in-the-weeds product configuration queries
Ability to communicate to executives about a project plan
Great communicator and enjoys running demos, hosting workshops and building relationships with customers
Ability to own & successfully complete projects
Great at balancing detail-focus with bigger-picture thinking
Highly organized and great at managing time across many competing priorities
Ambitious and cares about career growth
Consistently performed in the top percentile of previous environments
