Administrative Assistant - Sales

Strategas Securities is a New York City-based macro brokerage firm focused on Investment & Sector Strategy, Economics, Washington Policy Research, Technical Analysis, and Fixed Income Research. They are seeking an institutional sales assistant to support their sales team in establishing new relationships and managing various administrative tasks.

Financial Services

Responsibilities

Supporting salespeople in establishing new institutional buy-side relationships
Meeting coordination and calendar management
General office management and responsibilities – supplies, inventory, kitchen upkeep, reception duties and general clerical responsibilities
Maintaining customer databases and contact lists
Assisting the Sales Team in general customer support
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

High school diploma required
Clear track record of superior achievement is essential
Detail oriented
Ready and willing to take on complicated tasks
Possess drive and focus

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sales, or related field preferred
