Responsibilities

Lead high-performing engineering teams responsible for ATS and Headcount Planning
Set the technical vision and long-term architecture for Talent’s core platforms
Drive adoption of AI/LLM capabilities in partnership with Applied ML
Ensure strong engineering execution, operational rigor, and consistent delivery
Guide system design and architecture reviews; own key technical decisions
Partner closely with Product and cross-functional leaders to shape and sequence roadmaps
Establish efficient processes that enable fast iteration and high-quality releases
Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and engineering excellence

Required

8+ years of software engineering experience
4+ years managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams
Strong technical foundation in distributed systems or large-scale SaaS platforms

Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong product intuition and ability to collaborate closely with Product and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, leadership presence, and ability to drive alignment
