Responsibilities
Compiles and records production data for industrial establishments to compare records and reports on volume of production
Compiles essential information, such as production rates, materials used, inventories and other vital customer information, for the efficient completion of status reports
Calculates financial figures, such as required amounts of materials and labor, wages and manufacturing costs, by using pricing schedules, business machines, calculators or computers
Performs various production control activities including monitoring customer orders and posting production schedules
Assist with generating work orders and keying production data
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
One-year general work experience required
Preferred
Efficiency in typing, filing and delivering written and verbal communication strongly preferred
