Responsibilities
Coordinate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and IT/MES teams to develop and deploy Equipment Interface software and hardware for process, metrology, characterization, and reliability tools
Manage semiconductor equipment SECS/GEM communication and process characterization
Document Equipment Integration requirements and as-built per tool interface
Configure and deploy RMS, FDC, and APC applications
Track Equipment Integration development and deployment in project tracking and code management software
Other related functions as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related semiconductor technical field with programming experience
Prior experience writing Equipment Interfaces between semiconductor process and metrology tools and MES systems
Semiconductor Manufacturing Experience with SEMI Standards related to equipment automation: E4, E5, E30, E37, E40, E84, E87, E90, E94
Preferred
OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Server
C# Programming
SQL programming
