Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgeted targets and communicate variances through various reports and presentations
Assist in annual budget preparation and monthly forecast revisions, including ad hoc data analysis to support budget assumptions
Build data backed models to provide scenario analysis to assess the potential impact of various business decisions on financial outcomes
Prepare and distribute a set of standard monthly reports including variance analysis on a variety of P&L lines
Update various power BI dashboards on a monthly basis
Participate in working groups to evaluate current process and improve financial reporting
Partner with accounting to ensure timely and accurate month end close
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or other relevant field
3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting in complex business environments
Ability to work on multiple, complex projects concurrently
Expertise in MS Excel (Index-Match, Sum-If, Indirect, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), proven experience manipulating large sets of data efficiently
Expert at Analysis, strong history of analyzing data to propose changes which drives positive financial results
Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills; proven ability to dissect problems and develop/communicate solutions clearly, concisely, and completely
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities with strong experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives; exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management
Ability to understand accounting entries
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
Preferred
SQL, Macros, VBA
Familiarity with Power BI and Oracle
