Lead Implementation Consultant-Healthcare (Payer/Provider)

Cotiviti is a healthcare solutions company, and they are seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant to oversee the implementation of their products for clients. This role involves coordinating with clients, configuring solutions, providing training, and supporting post-implementation activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate with the client post-sale to develop an implementation plan for implementing and configuring a purchased Cotiviti solution based upon a client’s individual needs
Collaborate with the Cotiviti Implementation Architect / Technical Project Manager to formulate the architecture, implementation strategy/schedule and operational plan
Install, upgrade and configure Cotiviti products for the client
Integrate Cotiviti products with other software assets/processes for the customer
Coordinate with other Client Services, Product and Development team members to meet development and configuration milestones, being able to develop guidelines, programs, tasks, reports, etc. to meet the client’s requirements
Provide post- implementation support during the transition from implementation to maintenance
Provide software and client specific training and develop training documentation based on present standards and client needs
Mentor and train internal teams upon Cotiviti products and customer custom components
Work with customers as a SME upon purchased Cotiviti products and solutions
Strong written and verbal presentation skills required. Must be comfortable interacting with client’s technical teams
Must be able to manage or participate in the testing and release cycle tasks for deployment of Cotiviti products and services for the client
Must be able to create detailed user and operational documentation to support the deployment of products and services to the client
Must be comfortable delivering technical training to the customer as part of the customer's software release and deployment cycle
Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting
Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Required

Over 5 years of understanding of Application Integration/ Enterprise Application Integration
8-10 years of working experience on middleware tools - JCAPS, Web method, WMBI, AquaLogic etc. OR have worked on or have an understanding of other messaging engines - IBM MQ, Active MQ etc
8-10 years of exposure to Integration Design Patterns
Over 5 years of good understanding of any of the different message formats like XML, STX, EDI, EDIFACT, ISO, ACORD, HL7, IHE etc
8-10 years of good working knowledge and experience with Java programming, Java Script, XML, JSON, HTML and some scripting knowledge including Perl scripts
Over 5 years of familiarity with Oracle and/or SQL Server as database from an application perspective connection string, SQL scripts, JDBC, and general trouble shooting
Over 5 years of experience in DevOps and an understanding of DevSecOps
Over 4 years of working knowledge and experience in Kafka, Kubernettes, AWS, AVRO, SQS, S3
Good understanding of Application Server
Over 5 years of experience with - Technical requirements document, process flow diagrams, and deployment and user operations guides
Over 5 years of experience in developing technical Design
Over 5 years of Release management experience
Good Understanding of healthcare (Payer/Provider)
Understanding of EDI transactions (preferably HIPAA)
Good process orientation and understanding of product implementation space
Good Communication Skills
Trouble shooting and Analytical skills
Project scope, estimation and change management
Knowledge of Implementation methodology of any product or solution
Experience in technical training (internal/ external)
Domestic travel required up to 20%-25%
