Commercial Area Fleet Sales Manager - New England
Stellantis is a leading automotive company, seeking a Commercial Area Fleet Sales Manager for the New England region. The role focuses on direct sales to dealers and commercial fleet customers, developing new business while maximizing revenue with existing clients.

Responsibilities
Developing strategies to conquest new accounts
Implementing and maintaining consistent prospecting methods
Maintaining and building volume with existing commercial customers
Developing strategies to overcome customer objections and provide solutions
Providing customer support to reduce order to delivery
Supporting customers with cost control reduction (TCO) initiatives
Providing customers with accurate and timely updates on Stellantis programs including: VIP, incentives, Service Net, etc
Working closely with dealers to obtain dealership advertising and marketing commitments
Demonstrating commercial sales opportunities and revenue streams (in all departments)
Acting as a liaison to support dealers and commercial businesses
Training and supporting the dealership’s commercial account department
Managing and providing consultation on the dealership's inventory
Working with the Area Sales Manager and Ram Area Manager to ensure availability for the right commercial product to the right local users
Serving as the primary local contact for commercial bailment pools
Providing accurate and fiscally responsible Volume Incentive Program proposals
Developing effective local events to promote product awareness and sales
Providing accurate monthly forecasts of production requirements
Supporting commercial initiatives and promoting fiscal responsibility
Holding quarterly meetings within the region of responsibility
Ensuring commercial sales are reported correctly by performing audits and making corrections where appropriate
Developing strong working relationships with fleet management representatives and with second stage manufacturers, up-fitters, and dealerships
Providing input on future product content and process changes to maximize competitiveness
Managing multiple priorities and aggressive timelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in business to business sales
Must reside or be willing to relocate to: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, or Rhode Island
Experience working in the automotive or fleet environment
New business development experience
Excel in building positive working relationships
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
Willing and able to travel up to 60-80% of the time
Preferred
Knowledge or experience with dealership commercial sales processes
OEM field sales experience related to commercial market segment and products
MBA
Automotive background in a fleet management environment
Commercial vehicle product knowledge
Experience/relationship/understanding of Bailment Pool and/or commercial equipment Upfitters
Strong negotiating skills
