Responsibilities

Own the delivery of multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks
Facilitate communication with senior leaders, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates
Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and regulatory standards
Lead project teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Drive adoption of new processes and systems through structured change management practices

Qualification

Required

3+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and strategic shifts
Strong problem-solving skills both in independent work and collaborative environments
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Participate and contribute in strategic and transformational initiatives/projects
Strong presentation skills
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

PMP or equivalent certification preferred
