The role involves managing the final step in the order fulfillment process and requires strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Communicate with the credit manager for credit card orders via AIM or phone
Print and apply address labels using UPS WorldShip, WorldEase, Trade Direct, DHL, and FedEx Ship Manager Systems
Scale, scan, and measure boxes for shipment to ensure compliance with shipping regulations
Collaborate daily with the Shipping Lead regarding shipping timelines and deadlines
Prepare manual invoices for consolidated orders through various shipping systems
Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and report shortages to management
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations
Assist in training new team members on shipping processes and systems as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the shipping department
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Intermediate ERP skills
Basic math skills
Basic computer software skills
Acute attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed written instructions
Knowledge of proper state abbreviations and country codes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk and stand up to 8 hours per day
