Responsibilities
Coordinate education delivery with PSM
Collaborate with PSM to ensure coverage for all scheduled initial education and shadow sessions
Education delivery and ensuring supporting materials are printed and available
Complete after session write up in a detailed, organized manner and then posted by the end of each day
Provide input in the creation of eLearning and supporting materials
Onboard client clinicians in using Regard
Teach users how to use the application, how to adapt their workflow to effectively utilize Regard and shadow to support adoption of the application
Collaborate with clinicians and PSM to ensure build, education, and support is aligned with workflows
Serve as a provider advocate and escalate potential barriers to adoption to PSM, CSM and Regard product team, as needed
Identify individuals who may need additional support
Provide on-site support, as needed and directed by PSM between education sessions
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in education, healthcare, software application end user education, or related field required
Required to be within an hour from a major airport
Able to travel at least 75% of the time
Must have access to transportation to and from client facilities (within 50 miles)
Preferred
Experience as an EHR (Epic or Cerner) Credentialed Trainer or on-site EHR go-live support (ATE) with physicians
Understanding of clinician workflows within the EHR in a hospital setting
Exceptional organizational skills
Familiarity with adult learners, in-person and virtual training
