Demonstrating technical expertise
Independently performing scheduled inspections
Ensuring that all aircraft are safe for flight before scheduled flights begin departure
Performing required operational checks as required for SCA operations
Providing daily maintenance work, aircraft status, and time records
Communicating with flight crews regarding aircraft status, in the absence of a shift supervisor/Lead Mechanic
Qualification
Required
FAA A&P Mechanics License: Essential for ensuring compliance and safety
2+ Years' Aviation Maintenance Experience: Proven track record in maintaining aircraft
Expertise in Aircraft Maintenance: Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in ensuring safe operations
Mechanical Aptitude: Skilled in inspecting equipment, identifying issues, and performing minor repairs
Effective Communication: Proven ability to communicate with supervisors, line service, parts, pilots, and dispatch
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and Windows applications, especially Excel
Preferred
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Hawker or Falcon aircraft is a plus
