Regional Account Manager

Responsibilities

Leads the development and execution of long- and short-term account business plan for assigned customers
Supports customer specific product sales/marketing strategies for new products and installed base business
Develops and maintains a partnership relationship with customers leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty
Understands the customers business, processes and key issues
Offers solutions to customer challenges via ASML product offering
Develops potential new customers and markets for ASML products
Creates and maintains accurate sales forecast for assigned customers
Gathers and communicates customer and market information to ASML management, BL’s and marketing, including competition
Handles for commercial agreements in line with ASML targets and customer needs. This covers new products and installed base business
Ensures quotations, orders and all other customer communication are handled promptly and accurate (quote to cash)
Drives operational excellence, strategic alignment and integration of activities with other sectors and business lines to ensure integrated customer account management
Leads the local account team and developing performance
Analyzes issues (technical & non-technical) to a solution if they cannot be resolved by normal functional channel and ensures the appropriate priority is given to the issue
Perform other duties as assigned or required

Required

Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or other relevant field
7+ years of experience in the semiconductor field required, preferably in customer facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Present concepts and influence others
The ability to analyze and find solutions for complex issues
