Required

7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with FP&A expertise
Proven ability to support both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting functions
Strong business acumen with the ability to partner closely with operations leadership
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Preferred

Background in multi-unit or chain restaurant operations strongly preferred
MBA/CPA a plus
