Talent Acquisitions Coordinator

New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients through world-class cancer care. The Talent Acquisitions Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases to support the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Review and assess a high volume of resumes in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Conduct prescreening interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases
Draft, post, and maintain job advertisements across multiple platforms
Create knockout questions for new job postings
Track and collect data on upcoming job fairs and recruitment events
Attend job fairs and represent the organization as needed
Follow up with hiring managers and track feedback in real time
Extend verbal job offers to selected candidates
Submit and process new hire forms
Support additional hiring managers and new openings as needed
Provide coverage for team members during planned and unplanned absences
Assist with general recruitment duties and special projects as assigned

Required

A Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of recruitment exp. (minimum)
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition best practices
Flexibility in work hours, including occasional early mornings/evenings
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for job fairs and recruitment events
