Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an experienced Master Auto Technician to support evening maintenance and repair operations. This part-time role is ideal for a senior technician looking for extra hours or a retired technician wanting flexible work.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on delivery vans and DOT-regulated vehicles

Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and routine inspections

Conduct brake services, fluid exchanges, and general repair work

Support overflow tasks during the evening shift

Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety standards

Qualification

ASE CertificationsDiagnosticTroubleshootingDOT Brake CertificationAutomotive technician experienceVehicle diagnosticsWork independently

Required

2+ years of automotive technician experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability

DOT Brake Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

Valid driver's license; must meet DOT physical requirements

Ability to work independently during evening hours

Preferred

ASE Certifications preferred (Master Tech a plus)

Vehicle diagnostics, electrical, AC, and fuel system work

Experience servicing delivery vans or fleet vehicles
