Purchasing and Vendor Relations Specialist
Corporate Stays offers luxury furnished apartments and is seeking a Purchasing & Vendor Relations Specialist to oversee the procurement process and supplier management. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to optimize company spending while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities
Source and purchase all products and services required by Corporate Stays (housekeeping supplies, appliances, furniture, maintenance materials, etc.)
Maintain and improve relationships with utility providers, ISPs, telecom companies, and all service vendors
Compare and analyze pricing and service terms for every purchase
Conduct market research to find competitive rates, new suppliers, and better alternatives
Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, credit lines, and delivery conditions
Track all purchase orders, invoices, and vendor contracts
Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams to anticipate purchasing needs
Create monthly and quarterly reports on spending, savings, and supplier performance
Maintain a centralized and updated supplier database
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
Strong negotiation skills and a track record of reducing purchasing costs
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple suppliers and complex contracts
Strong communication skills in English
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, procurement software, and online price comparison tools
Preferred
French or Spanish language skills
Experience in furnishing or hospitality supply chains
