They are seeking a high-impact Capture Manager to lead growth efforts across the U.S. Army and Special Operations Command (SOCOM) portfolios, managing the entire capture lifecycle and ensuring mission-aligned growth.

Responsibilities

Drive pipeline growth and capture strategy across Army and SOCOM accounts

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and end users across SOCOM PEOs, PM shops, and operational units

Shape and qualify new SOCOM opportunities, including SBIR, OTA, and IDIQ pathways

Lead teaming, pricing, and strategy for proposals in collaboration with internal teams

Lead cross-functional orchestration across Mission Ops, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering to execute capture strategy and advance opportunities

Coordinate exercises, demos, and field evaluations with Mission Ops, connecting program offices to end users to support capture strategy

Maintain situational awareness on budgets, timelines, threat matrices, and capability gaps
