Start in 2026 SummerLP Building Solutions is a leading provider of high-performance building solutions, and they are seeking a Summer Intern for their Accounts Receivable team. This paid internship will involve preparing statements, invoices, and reports while supporting customer service and process efficiency improvements.
Building Materials
Responsibilities
Prepare statements, invoices, and moderately complex reports
Post transactional accounting information to appropriate general ledger accounts
Resolve incomplete or discrepant transactions
Support and maintain a high standard of internal and external customer service and satisfaction
Work with internal processing groups on process efficiency improvements
Gain an understanding of accounts receivable and accounting cross-functions
Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment
Work alongside and be coached by members of your team
Engage with leaders across the company
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong organizational skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Time management skills
Strong math skills
Preferred
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration
Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later
Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
