Supervise and support a team of IT training and application support specialists

Oversee development and delivery of IT training

Ensure system stability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align training with organizational needs

Maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials

Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and manage schedules/assignments

Promote a culture of customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ability to manage priorities, lead teams, and support remote staff
