Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic system configurations and workflows

Design, build, test, and implement enhancements for Healthy Planet, Compass Rose

Support population health initiatives, quality reporting, and interoperability strategies across the organization

Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and promote secure data sharing

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating as necessary to Epic or internal technical teams

Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to ensure adoption and optimal use of Epic functionality

Participate in system upgrades, releases, and optimization projects

Provide on-call support as scheduled to address urgent system issues
