The D1 Training Recruiter will be responsible for reaching out to potential athletes, educating them and their parents about the D1 Training mindset, and bringing them into the community through effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact and excitement about the opportunity to change their life
Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals
Nurturing leads through our trusted sales process
Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly. Done so daily
Conducting Client health checks with our athletes to ensure they are maximizing their training
Qualification
Required
Must be a high-energy individual with a contagiously positive attitude
Passionate about training and exercise
Must have 1+ years in sales
Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry
Must have 1+ years of experience playing a sport or selling athletic products and services
