Responsibilities

Edit webinars and advisor content into platform-ready videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
Oversee daily operations of social channels and grow engaged followings
Create short-form video content optimized for each platform
Track performance metrics for social channels and provide actionable insights to leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with advisors, marketing team members, and external vendors
Ensure all content follows financial compliance and brand guidelines
Support Facebook ad campaigns with fresh creative and optimization recommendations

Required

2+ years in social media coordination, content creation, or digital marketing
Video editing proficiency (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, WeVideo, or similar)

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy
Strong written communication and ability to work independently
Interest in financial services or B2B marketing

Preferred

Graphic design skills
