The Senior Processor Integration Conversion Analyst will be responsible for overseeing client onboarding and processing operations, ensuring the Fiserv system runs reliably while managing system conversions and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute system conversion activities with precision, ensuring data integrity and alignment with project timelines

Analyze and map data between source systems and target platforms, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues proactively

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance testing throughout all conversion phases (pre-conversion, conversion, post-conversion)

Troubleshoot and resolve conversion-related issues; escalate complex problems when appropriate

Document conversion processes, mappings, reconciliation results, and testing outcomes for compliance and future reference

Provide post-conversion support to internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth operational transition

Collaborate with partners to define conversion requirements, establish milestones, monitor progress, and validate results

Manage configurations within the Fiserv Optis Platform, Decision Quest (DQ) logic, and Rewards structures

Maintain a deep understanding of system functionality, data structures, and integration points across the Fiserv ecosystem

Manage inserts and messaging by building and testing requirements through Fiserv PCF, PCS, and DQ

Own the setup, testing, and ongoing maintenance of settings within PCF

Own the setup and ongoing maintenance of decision logic criteria within DQ

Manage the setup and testing of Rewards structures using Fiserv DMM tables and Rule logic

Identify opportunities to streamline conversion processes, optimize workflows, enhance automation, and improve integration efficiency

Ensure all work adheres to company policies, regulatory standards, and financial industry best practices

Lead Fiserv-related projects by coordinating testing, validation, and implementation with internal stakeholders

Support configuration updates, integration enhancements, and cross-functional operational initiatives
