Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and optimization of core software systems, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with technical and business requirements
Oversee the customization and enhancement of applications and internal tools to improve performance, user experience, and operational workflows
Guide feasibility assessments and solution architecture using scientific analysis and modeling to predict system behavior and outcomes
Direct software deployment, testing, and validation processes, while establishing documentation standards and ensuring system compliance
Mentor cross-functional teams, coordinate efforts across development cycles, and ensure alignment with strategic technology objectives
Evaluate infrastructure and system requirements—including cost, security, and performance—to inform hardware and configuration decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a related occupation involving the use of C++ to design, develop, and optimize core proprietary software systems for the private equity industry
