Responsibilities
Conduct technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and technical requirements
Support complex sales cycles for Application modernization, AI solutions, and Managed Services
Design and tailor client solutions from application through infrastructure, ensuring alignment with client needs
Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Lead conversations on modern applications using cloud-native technologies, microservices, and DevOps practices
Discuss modern application architectures using cloud-native technologies, microservices, and secure databases
Create technical proposals, presentations, and proofs-of-concept that showcase Lunavi’s capabilities and align with client objectives
Ensure solution designs are consistent with Lunavi’s product offerings and technical expertise
Manage an independent technical solution pipeline from pre-sales through implementation
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with Lunavi’s execution standards
Provide technical training and expertise with the sales team
Lead discussions and provide insights on application development and modernization, AI/ML integration, and DevOps enablement
Represent Lunavi at industry events, conferences, and client presentations
Lead discussions on topics like cloud-native development, DevOps, and digital transformation
Work with marketing to contribute content to Lunavi website and social media outlets
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, solution architecture, or related fields (preferred)
Hands-on/consulting experience with enterprise infrastructure solutions, cloud-native and microservices architectures, and Microsoft Azure services
Proven experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles with a successful record of enterprise solution design
Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused approach
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant IT field
Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE)
Experience with Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery methodologies
Knowledge of industry-specific challenges in sectors like Finance, Healthcare, Energy, and Retail
