Responsibilities
Serve as part of the firm’s Control Room : conflicts clearance, wall-crossing, restricted list oversight, and MNPI management
Review and negotiate deal-related NDAs and support transaction onboarding
Partner with investment teams on pipeline activity, identifying and mitigating conflicts across public and private markets
Support integration of compliance technology platforms and data migration
Contribute to regulatory analysis, policy updates, and broader compliance initiatives
Qualification
Required
JD required (to manage NDA execution and legal issue spotting)
2–6 years of relevant compliance or legal experience, ideally with control room exposure at an investment bank
Strong commercial understanding of deals, structures, and capital markets; more important than pure 'check-the-box' compliance
Experience handling MNPI/conflicts processes and familiarity with deal onboarding
Ambitious, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a buy-side environment
