Responsibilities

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and internal dashboards

Audit and validate marketing data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency

Assist with basic analysis to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities

Fulfill ad-hoc data and reporting requests for Marketing and cross-functional partners

Maintain and update the marketing project calendar and track progress against deadlines

Coordinate meetings, timelines, and communications across internal teams and external vendors

Organize and maintain marketing documentation, process guides, and asset libraries

Support communication and logistics with external agencies or service providers

Conduct light market or competitor research as needed

Assist with setup and maintenance within marketing technology tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, project management systems)
