LifeLoop is seeking a UI/UX Systems Designer to guide the creation of a scalable design system and enhance the user experience across their SaaS platform. The role involves defining the design system direction, ensuring UI/UX consistency, and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to improve product usability.

Responsibilities

Assess the current UI/UX across the product and identify opportunities for improvement
Define the visual language, design patterns, and component standards for the design system
Supervise the creation and evolution of the design system
Document UI/UX guidelines and best practices
Use rapid prototyping tools (Bolt.new, Lovable, Framer, or similar) to quickly validate ideas and speed up design-to-dev alignment
Partner closely with Product Managers to understand user needs, validate problems, and shape design solutions
Collaborate with Engineers to ensure design intent is maintained through implementation
Lead iterative design reviews, gather feedback, and refine designs quickly

Required

Experience in UI/UX design for SaaS platforms
Strong product thinking and customer empathy

Ability to document UI/UX guidelines and best practices
Proficiency in rapid prototyping tools (Bolt.new, Lovable, Framer, or similar)
Experience in partnering with Product Managers to understand user needs
Ability to collaborate with Engineers to maintain design intent
Experience in leading iterative design reviews and gathering feedback
