Responsibilities

Responsible for conducting multiple actions and activities to perform ASVAB Improvement Support Services for the Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB) of the Indiana Army National Guard (INARNG)

These include tracking performance, instructing courses, developing course material, developing and leading online study sessions as well as other activities to support applicants in passing the ASVAB

Required

Minimum five (5) years of teaching experience either as a civilian or in a military capacity

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational skills

Expert knowledge of analytical and evaluation techniques

Skills and abilities to identify problems, recommend solutions, and conduct complex studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's programs
