Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Ability to learn and explain technical products clearly
Comfortable engaging with plant supervisors, engineers, and purchasing managers
Familiarity with sales processes, quoting, and customer follow-up
Understanding of B2B sales principles
Basic knowledge of manufacturing or industrial equipment
Awareness of industry trends and competitor offerings
Build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
Translate technical details into customer-friendly language
Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Work independently while collaborating with internal teams
