The Receiving Specialist will perform clerical and manual duties related to the preparation, inspection, receiving, and shipment of medical device products, ensuring compliance with customer standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure that shipping and receiving requirements/schedules are met as specified by the customers’ or the company’s and customer's standards
Receive and organize daily inbound shipments and deliveries
Check-in and restock instruments and implant sets
Daily start up and shut down of instrument disinfectant washer
Functional testing and inspection of instruments
Daily reporting via Microsoft Excel
Inventory control & reconciliation
Assist with new instrument and implant set builds
Maintain a clean and well-organized receiving area to meet OSHA and FDA regulations
Daily secondary order verification
Daily utilization of Walkie Stacker
Dispose of damaged, defective, or obsolete products through proper regulatory and quality procedures
Follow procedures for proper documentation per Quality Management System
Perform or assist with other duties and projects as needed or assigned

Must be able to access and navigate the warehouse facility

Preferred

1 year in a Logistics, Distribution or Warehouse environment is a plus
