Inside Application Specialist - Lead
Hartfiel Automation is seeking an Inside Application Specialist - Lead to lead the inside sales and customer care team within a branch office. The role involves managing projects, processing orders, and serving as a technical resource to enhance market share and profitability.

Responsibilities
Directs and coordinates activities and training of local inside sales/customer service representatives
Ensures quality objectives are met using measurements and corrective actions where necessary
Gives quarterly employee reviews
Maintains close relationships between sales departments
Maximizes local profitability by utilizing strategic pricing initiatives and project leadership
Communicates with customers via phone, faxes or email to process orders, returns and handle general questions and complaints
Estimates date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of vendors’ production and delivery schedules
Research and find solutions to customer problems
Prepares quotations and coordinates the details for the sales teams
Prepares all information on new customer for input into customer database
Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers as necessary
Solicits sale of new products and services
Schedules appointments for outside sales staff
Receives inbound calls and converts into additional opportunities
Serves as a supplier delegate
Tracks stock levels of customer specific inventory
Attends and participates in weekly team funnel meetings
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor
Follows all quality processes and procedures as established by Hartfiel Automation
Operates within the intended framework of Hartfiel Automation’s mission, values, and vision statements
Qualification
Required
Leads inside sales and customer care team within a branch office
Communicates with customers to process orders, manage projects, and be a strong technical resource
Teams with the Branch Manager and outside sales to grow market share for the branch office

Preferred
Associates degree from accredited college or technical school
One to three years experience in Customer Service or related field
