Responsibilities

Design, develops, and implement solutions to improve test yields, reduce over all Test time, provide for test capacity increases, minimize downtime, and optimize test/process flows

Analyzes and critiques equipment designs/processes relative to market requirements, manufacturability, costs and technical requirements

Identifies technical and quality problems, determines alternatives and evaluates them to arrive at the most acceptable approach including conformity to specifications, reliability, cost effectiveness, testability and reparability

Identifies need for, assesses and/or develops technical/process specification standards and participates in establishing the procedures to ensure they are followed

Prepares and presents technical reports to influence the decision making process

Provide technical information and participates as a speaker in technical programs
