Responsibilities
Define & Deliver High-Quality Insights: You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for vehicle health insights, from identifying high-impact opportunities to ensuring successful delivery and adoption by customers, dealers, and fleet partners
Inspect and Architect Intelligence Loops: You’ll work side-by-side with data scientists and engineers to review system design, data lineage, and model logic. Every insight that ships should withstand forensic scrutiny
Define "Truth" in a World of Imperfect Data: In the real world, ground truth is rare and messy. You will be the leader who defines our approach to validation, creating robust methodologies and statistical benchmarks to rigorously measure and prove the accuracy of our models
Champion Uncompromising Quality: You will be the ultimate authority on product quality, setting the bar for what makes an insight "ready for production." You will define the critical metrics and establish the confidence thresholds that determine when an insight is ready to be shared with customers, dealers, or fleet managers
Translate Complexity into Clarity: Whether you’re in a model review with Data Scientists or a dealer strategy session, you’ll articulate how insights are formed, what they mean, and what confidence they carry
Orchestrate Across Systems: Work cross-functionally with telemetry, ML, diagnostics, and customer teams to ensure our predictions align with how the vehicle, the cloud, and the business actually behave
