Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of clinical programming for PHP and IOP levels of care
Supervise and mentor therapists, case managers, and support staff
Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care
Lead performance improvement and outcomes initiatives aligned with Duad’s mission and values
Provide direct clinical care when appropriate, maintaining a strong therapeutic presence within the team
Partner with leadership to drive operational growth and fiscal sustainability
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required
Illinois licensure as LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in geriatric mental health or older adult programming
Deep understanding of PHP/IOP clinical operations, compliance, and outcome-based care models
Preferred
LCSW preferred
